In 2005 Southern Bay Brewing Co. dipped our toe into the contract brewing, bottle and keg market and liked the results.

Not only did we diverse in our brewery operations, but we found another area of business grossly under serviced by demand. Due to a huge brewing capacity and a fully fledged bottling line with all the perks Plus the ability to clean and fill kegs we found a new client base…..other brewers.

You only find out the huge cost of starting a brewery or a beer brand when you look into what equipment is required to brew and bottle a commercial quantity of beer. A million dollars won’t go very far if you want to start up your own brewing operation, but it’s much easier now, thanks to Southern Bay Brewing Co. who take out many of the risks and upfront capital expenditure. We have all the equipment already and now provide all you need to help bring your product to the market. We have the industry contacts and the know how to get it all done.

Southern Bay are interested in the people and businesses who have or want to take their product to market and make a real go of it. Southern Bay expects any business venture would expect to bottle more than 500 cartons at a time; otherwise it wouldn’t be commercially viable.  The manager who has been in the beer business for more than 40 years is happy to provide some answers for you.
